1. Services
MRVIN100 provides African enterprise engineering infrastructure services, including:
- •Dedicated engineering team deployment with Success Delivery Manager (SDM)
- •Production-grade software products (Nbâh, Sany, sukū)
- •IT consulting and software architecture services
Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between MRVIN100 and the client.
2. Service Engagement
By engaging MRVIN100 services, clients agree to:
- •Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
- •Make payments per the schedule defined in the service agreement
- •Treat engineer identities and contract rates as confidential
3. Replacement Guarantee
The 72-hour engineer replacement guarantee is contractual and applies to all dedicated team engagements. Replacement is initiated by client request and completed within 72 hours without interruption to the sprint schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
Code and deliverables produced under MRVIN100 service agreements belong to the client upon full payment for the relevant period. MRVIN100 retains no intellectual property rights to client-specific code.
MRVIN100's own products (Nbâh, Sany, sukū) remain the intellectual property of MRVIN100.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential: engineer compensation rates, client business information, and project specifications shared during engagements.
6. Limitation of Liability
MRVIN100's total liability under any service agreement is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant engagement period.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
